Samples and Prototypes

Building samples and prototypes, or conducting limited production runs, is the best way to make sure a part or mold will work perfectly in your operations.

Our sampling team can alleviate the stress of building new injection molding products and lower injection molding cost by validating parts and molds before beginning a large production run.

Delta Mold sampling capabilities include:

• Mold trials and validation
• Low-volume production runs of less than 10,000 pieces
• Production tooling and repair samplings
• Range of engineered materials such as Surlyn, PEEK, Polypropylene, Polyethanol and Nylon

Sampling equipment:

• 950-ton Toshiba press for standard injection setup
• 2,500-ton Cincinnati press with co-injection capabilities and independent melt channel
