Warehouse Manager – Injection Molding Operations

Position Summary

Delta Mold LLC is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations within our fast-paced injection molding environment. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring efficient material flow to support production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including raw materials, resins, finished goods, and supplies
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Coordinate trucking and logistics, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers
• Maintain inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet operational needs
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Operate independently while managing daily warehouse priorities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or injection molding
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices
• Experience coordinating freight, trucking, and logistics
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
