Position Summary
Delta Mold is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Charlotte, NC facility. This part‑time role is responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, coordinating food orders for on‑site customer visits—including occasional pickup—and supporting various administrative tasks and errands as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer‑focused, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming front‑office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, customers, and vendors upon arrival and ensure proper sign‑in procedures.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate food orders for on‑site customer visits, including placing orders and picking up meals.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and other office support activities.
- Run occasional local errands as needed to support office and customer needs.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to employees and visitors while upholding company standards.
