Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

Delta Mold is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our injection molding equipment in our Charlotte, NC facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to minimizing downtime while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized maintenance area and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues preventive.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
