Material Handler

Position Summary

Delta Mold is seeking a dependable and organized Material Handler to support material flow within our injection molding department in our Charlotte, NC facility. This role is responsible for staging raw materials, loading and unloading resin, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring machines are supplied to keep production running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while supporting both production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep material storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Deliver raw materials, resin, and supplies to injection molding machines as needed.
• Load and unload material into dryers, hoppers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain accurate material inventory and document usage throughout the shift.
• Perform material changes, color changes, and proper line purging procedures.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Communicate material shortages, equipment issues, or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Support production teams to ensure continuous machine operation and minimal downtime.
